Stokd is free to download and use with all core features included - stock management, orders, deliveries, customers, and reporting. There is no time limit on the free plan. If you need e-commerce or accounting integrations, Pro includes a 14-day free trial that starts when you connect your first integration.

Stokd keeps a copy of your data on each device you use it on, so it keeps working when the network does not, and the authoritative copy on servers we operate so your desktops and phones stay in step. On a Windows machine the local copy is an encrypted database file. The credentials for your connected sales channels and accounting software are encrypted with keys held in a managed key service in Sydney. Our privacy policy sets out where everything is held and which providers we use.

Stokd is a Windows desktop application and requires Windows 10 or 11. We have no current plans to support macOS or Linux.

Yes. Stokd has a native app for iPhone and Android. A driver needs an invitation from your account owner, then signs in and their deliveries are there. It works with no signal and sends everything once coverage returns, including the signature and the photo. See Stokd on a phone.

Stokd connects to popular e-commerce platforms and accounting software. Integrations are a Pro feature and include automatic order syncing, draft invoice creation, and two way customer sync. Visit the pricing page for details.

Yes. Stokd pushes delivered dockets to your accounting software as draft invoices. Customer records sync in both directions, and WET line items are added correctly. Accounting sync is a Pro feature.

Stokd handles Australian Wine Equalisation Tax and GST natively. WET is treated as contained within the agreed sale price (not added on top). Wholesale and retail customers are calculated correctly per Australian Tax Office rules. The app shows you the breakdown on every docket.

Your data is held on our servers as well as on your machine, so installing Stokd on a new one and signing in brings it back. The local copy is also a single file you can back up with any standard backup tool if you want a copy of your own.

Yes. Stokd now keeps the authoritative copy of your data on servers we operate, so your desktops and phones stay in step and a driver can connect from anywhere with no VPN. The desktop remains the primary interface: businesses, people and integrations are all set up there.
