Solutions to the most common issues. If you don't find your problem here, email support.

Sync service is showing as offline

Check that the Stokd Sync Service is running in the Windows system tray. If you do not see the icon, open Stokd and the service should auto start. If the issue persists, restart your computer.

An integration is not pulling new orders

Open the Integrations tab and click "Test Connection" for the affected integration. If the test fails, you may need to reconnect the integration. Check that your credentials have not expired (Xero tokens expire every 60 days if not refreshed).

The driver phone cannot connect

The driver app requires the driver's phone to be on the same Tailscale network as your Stokd machine. Check that Tailscale is running on both devices and that both are signed into the same Tailscale account.
