Getting Started

Welcome to Stokd. This guide walks you through the first hour with the application: installing it, completing the setup wizard, and creating your first docket.

Step 1: Install Stokd

Download the installer from the download page and run it. The installer does not require administrator privileges.

Step 2: Run Stokd for the first time

The first time you launch Stokd, the setup wizard will open automatically. The wizard guides you through five steps:

  1. Welcome: A short introduction.
  2. Business details: Your business name, address, ABN, and contact information.
  3. Admin user: Create your first user account with a PIN.
  4. Pricing tiers: Set up the pricing tiers your business uses (e.g. Wholesale, Retail).
  5. Additional users: Optionally invite team members.

Step 3: Connect your sales channels

Once the wizard is complete, head to the Integrations tab to connect Shopify, Square, WooCommerce, Squarespace, or Xero. See connecting integrations for the full guide.

Step 4: Create your first docket

From the Dockets tab, click "New Docket". Select a customer (or create one), add products, and save. The docket is now in your queue, ready to be picked, packed, and delivered.
