Stokd on iPhone and Android

For drivers and staff who have been invited to a Stokd business. You will need an invitation from your account owner: the app does not create accounts, and businesses are set up on the desktop.

Deliveries, customer details, stock counts, photo proof and signature capture. It works with no signal and sends everything once coverage returns.

Setting up for the first time

1. Install Stokd on Windows and set up your business
2. Invite your team from the desktop
3. They install the app and sign in with the invitation

Before you install

Stokd installs to your user folder and does not require administrator privileges. The installer signs you up for a guided setup that walks you through your first business profile, admin user, pricing tiers, and additional team members.

Windows SmartScreen may show a warning the first time you run the installer because we are a small business and our installer is not yet code signed. Click "More info" then "Run anyway" to proceed.

After you install

1. Run Stokd. The setup wizard opens automatically on first launch.
2. Enter your business details, create your admin account, and set up pricing tiers.
3. Optionally invite additional team members.
4. Connect your e-commerce and accounting platforms from the Integrations tab (Pro feature - includes a 14-day free trial).
